Q: What if I'm not satisfied and would like to return item(s) for a refund?

A: Item(s) eligible for return for a refund must have been purchased within the past 30 calendar days and be accompanied with a copy of the original sales receipt, be unused, in the original unopened packaging and in resalable condition. Customized and last chance items cannot be returned or refunded.

Q: How to I request a refund for an item?

A: To request a refund, contact Pro Support at (208) 288-2989 to begin the returns process. Once Pro Support processes the order(s) for a refund, please ship the item(s), at your expense, along with the Order #to the address below. The amount refunded will be less the original shipping charges. The item(s) must be received by the Returns Department on or before 14 calendar days from the date the request for refund was created or it will no longer be eligible for a refund.

The item(s) to exchange must be received by the Returns Department on or before 14 calendar days from the date the request for exchange was created or it will no longer be eligible for an exchange.

A: If you are missing, received the wrong item(s) or have damaged item(s) in your order, please contact Pro Support at (208) 288-2989 within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request the item(s) ordered or damage item(s). The item(s) ordered or damaged item(s) will be shipped out to you and may include a return label to return the incorrect or damaged item(s) back to Damsel in Defense.

Q: What is the warranty policy?

A: Damsel in Defense warrants eligible items to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions for a period of 30 calendar days from the purchase date and must be accompanied with a copy of the original sales receipt. Sales are final for customized and last chance items.

Q: How do I request a replacement item under warranty?

A: To request a replacement item under warranty, contact Pro Support at (208) 288-2989 to begin the warranty process. Once Pro Support processes the item(s) for replacement under warranty, we will provide you with a return label to ship the item(s) along with the Order #to the address below. The item(s) must be received by the Returns Department on or before the 14 calendar days from the date the request for replacement was created or it will no longer be eligible for a replacement. Once the item(s) is received, we will ship out the replacement.

Q: Can I cancel an order once its placed?

A: If your order has not been shipped, contact Pro Support at (208) 288-2989 to cancel the order. If the order has already shipped, follow the steps noted above in requesting for a refund.
